Totally agree with those comments. Having worked in a top 10 call centre for a major airline – so many of my upsell and cross sell came from callers mentioning what they heard while on hold.
Don’t forget to keep the message fresh and your staff updated though – nothing worse that an expired offer or staff member who doesnt know whats being said.
